Sarah
started Synchro at the age of 10 and swam competetively
for 8 years in Tucson and Mesa. She competed and
placed at many national competitions. She was
Head Coach for Scottsdale Synchro for 3 years,
then took a break to go to college and start a
family. Over the last 7 years shes become a registered
Yoga instructor, Pilates instructor and fitness
trainer, teaching at various resorts and health
clubs across the valley.
She teaches over 50
children a week swimming lessons through her home
based business each summer.
Sarah was drawn back
to the sport of Synchro when her 7 year old daughter
got tired of dance and wanted to try the sport
her mom was always talking about! She passionatly
believes the conditioning used in Pilates and
Yoga can help everyone, especially synchronized
swimmers, to realign and strengthen their bodies
from the inside out.
